Vegetable & Lemon Chia Stir Fry

Loaded with a variety of vegetables & flavors.




Ingredients for Stir Fry:

2 Package of Gluten Free Spaghetti Noodles
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
½ Tbsp. Minced Garlic
2  Tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
3 Cup Baby Bok Choy & Spinach
1  Tsp. Dried Ginger
1  Tsp. Sesame Oil
4  Tsp. Sesame Seeds
3 Cup Green Beans
1 Cup Shredded Carrots
1 Cup Frozen Corn
2  Tsp. Dried Parsley
  Bean Sprouts as garnish
  Salt & Pepper, to taste


Ingredients for Lemon Chia Seed Dressing:

½ cup Lemon Juice
½ cup Water
4 Tbsp. GF Soy Sauce
3 Tbsp. Honey
2 Tbsp. Black Chia Seeds


  • Whisk ingredients together and add to your stir fry mix..
