Gluten Free Dutch Pancake
Quick blender recipe and toss into a hot skillet for the oven.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup of vegan butter
- 3 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Almond Milk
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1/2 Cup flour
- dash of cinnamon, vanilla and nutmeg
Diretions:
- preheat oven to 425 degrees
- heat cast iron skillet with 1/4 cup of butter
- In a blender, mix the remaining ingredients. Blend until it’s frothy-ish.
- In the pan, swish the melted butter around and pour the pancake mix into the pan.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 425 degrees.
- Top with powdered sugar and berries of your choice.
