Gluten Free Dutch Pancake

Quick blender recipe and toss into a hot skillet for the oven. 

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup of vegan butter
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Almond Milk
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 Cup flour
  • dash of cinnamon, vanilla and nutmeg

 

Diretions:

  1. preheat oven to 425 degrees
  2. heat cast iron skillet with 1/4 cup of butter
  3. In a blender, mix the remaining ingredients. Blend until it’s frothy-ish. 
  4. In the pan, swish the melted butter around and pour the pancake mix into the pan. 
  5. Bake for 20 minutes at 425 degrees. 
  6. Top with powdered sugar and berries of your choice.
