Ground Turkey, Potato and Carrot Slow Cooker Chili
This quick and easy recipe is a simple meal prep to enjoy throughout your week. Throw it all together, and let the slow cooker do the rest of the work!

1. Cut your potatoes into quarters and place it into the slow cooker with carrots and garlic.
2. Lightly brown 2 lbs. of ground turkey and then add the chili seasoning. In my photo, you’ll see I added spinach cubes. You can see the recipe for those here.
3. Add the ground turkey with the slow cooker veggies.
4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours until the veggies are soft.
