Cuban Vaca Frita – Sauteed Shredded Flank Steak

Slow cooked & shredded flank steak, pan fried and served over rice, with citrus juice and onions.


 

 

 

Ingredients:

3 Limes
4 cup Garlic Sauce (Mojo Criollo)
1 Onion
3lbs Flank Steak
Parsley
Olive Oil

Directions:

  1. Slow cook flank steak. In half of the ingredients.
  2. Shred and pan-fry the meat. Simmer the meat in the remaining sauce.
  3. Enjoy over rice.
