Korean BBQ Sauce

This is an easy marinade to throw together! I marinated 5 lbs. of chicken overnight and then threw it all in an instant pot. It can be served over rice, mixed greens and many other things!


Ingredients:

2 Cup GF Soy Sauce
1 ½ Cup Dark Brown Sugar
4 Tbsp. Minced Garlic
2 Tbsp. GF Rice Wine Vinegar
1 Tbsp. Chile, Red Pepper or Sweet Chile Sauce
2  Tsp. Dried Ginger
2  Tsp. Sesame seeds
3  Tsp. Black Pepper
2 Tbsp. Corn Starch
2 Tbsp. Water

Directions:

  1. Whisk all of the above ingredients together to an even constancy. You can apply head to thicken it up.
