BBQ Dry Spice Rub

This is a good one! It’s yummy on any type of chicken. I’ve done breast, thigh and tenders.

Ingredients:

1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Paprika
1 Tbs Ground Black Pepper
1/2 Tbs Salt
1 Tbs Dried Parsley
1 Tbs Chili Powder
1 Tbs Garlic Powder
1 Tbs Onion Powder
1 Tsp Cayenne Pepper

Directions:

Mix all spices together and coat in chicken. Pan fry chicken in a little bit of olive oil.
