Thai Pork Stir Fry


Ingredients:

1 lb Ground Pork
1 can Baby Corn, drained
~1/2  Tbs Gluten Free Oyster Sauce
~1 Tbs Gluten Free Soy Sauce
~1 Tbs Brown Sugar
Chopped Bok Choy, shredded carrots and/or chopped spinach
Siracha to taste
Rice

Directions:

  1. Mix oyster sauce, soy sauce and brown sugar together. Set aside. Oyster sauce is salty, so if the sauce is too salty, add a more soy sauce or more brown sugar to even out the taste.
  2. Cook/brown the ground pork in a skillet.
  3. Add baby corn, spinach, bok choy and shredded carrots. Sauté until the vegetables are cooked through.
  4. Add sauce mixture and sauté until everything is coated and caramelized.
  5. Serve over white rice and add siracha to taste.
