Thai Pork Stir Fry
Ingredients:
| 1 lb | Ground Pork |
| 1 can | Baby Corn, drained |
| ~1/2 Tbs | Gluten Free Oyster Sauce |
| ~1 Tbs | Gluten Free Soy Sauce |
| ~1 Tbs | Brown Sugar |
| Chopped Bok Choy, shredded carrots and/or chopped spinach | |
| Siracha to taste | |
| Rice |
Directions:
- Mix oyster sauce, soy sauce and brown sugar together. Set aside. Oyster sauce is salty, so if the sauce is too salty, add a more soy sauce or more brown sugar to even out the taste.
- Cook/brown the ground pork in a skillet.
- Add baby corn, spinach, bok choy and shredded carrots. Sauté until the vegetables are cooked through.
- Add sauce mixture and sauté until everything is coated and caramelized.
- Serve over white rice and add siracha to taste.
