Baked Oatmeal Recipe

Quick and easy breakfast ideas! Can add nuts or dried fruit in it for different flavors!


3 Cups

Rolled oats

3/4 Cup

Brown Sugar

2 Tsp

Ground Cinnamon

2 Tsp

Baking Powder

1 Tsp


1 Cup

King Arthur Gluten-Free All-Purpose Baking Mix



1 Cup

Almond Milk

1/4 Cup

Olive Oil

2 Tsp

Vanilla Extract


Apple, finely grated

1 Tsp

Chia seeds


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix together oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, salt and flour.
  3. Beat in eggs, milk, olive oil, vanilla and grated apple.
  4. Spread mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle the chia seeds on top.
  5. Bake in preheated oven until top is golden, about 40 minutes.
