Baked Oatmeal Recipe
Quick and easy breakfast ideas! Can add nuts or dried fruit in it for different flavors!
Ingredients:

Rolled oats |
3/4 Cup |
Brown Sugar |

Ground Cinnamon |
2 Tsp |
Baking Powder |
1 Tsp |
Salt |
1 Cup |
King Arthur Gluten-Free All-Purpose Baking Mix |

Eggs |
1 Cup |
Almond Milk |
1/4 Cup |
Olive Oil |
2 Tsp |
Vanilla Extract |

Apple, finely grated |
1 Tsp |
Chia seeds |
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix together oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, salt and flour.
- Beat in eggs, milk, olive oil, vanilla and grated apple.
- Spread mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle the chia seeds on top.
- Bake in preheated oven until top is golden, about 40 minutes.
