Slow Cooker Mongolian Chicken Or Steak
This a favorite meal prep in our house because it’s so easy to quickly throw together and leave in the crock pot. I usually use chicken breast, and we like to enjoy it over rice or creamy mashed potatoes! |
Ingredients:
3-4 lb |
Chicken Breast or Flank Steak |
½ Cup |
Corn Starch |
3 Tbsp. |
Olive Oil |
1 ½ Cup |
GF Soy Sauce |
1 ½ Cup |
Water |
1 ½ Cup |
Brown Sugar |
2 Cups |
Shredded Carrots |
1 Cup |
Shredded Spinach |

Salt, Pepper, Garlic & Red Pepper Flakes to taste |

Green Onion for Garnish |
Directions:
- Rinse and place the meat/poultry into the slow cooker.
- Add carrots and spinach to the pot.
- Mix together the remainder of the sauce ingredients into a small bowl.
- Pour the sauce over the meat and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, until the meat/poultry is tender.
- Serve over rice or mash potatoes. Garnish with green onions.
