Grandma’s Gluten Free & Dairy Free Gingerbread Cookies
Gluten free & Dairy Free gingerbread cookies!
Ingredients:
3 Cups |
Sifted flour – King Arthur Gluten-Free All-Purpose Baking Mix |
2 Tsp |
Baking Powder |
½ Tsp |
Baking Soda |
¼ Tsp |
Salt |
1 Tsp |
Cinnamon |
1 Tsp |
Ginger |
1 |
Egg |
2/3 Cup |
Molasses |
2/3 Cup |
Packed Brown Sugar |
½ Cup |
Melted Butter |
Directions:
- In a small bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and spices. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat egg and blend in molasses and brown sugar. Add in melted butter and mix well.
- Stir in flour mixture a little at a time, and blend to form a smooth dough.
- Cut dough in half.
- Roll 1/4” thickness and cut with cookie cutters.
- Place on a greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
- Decorate when cool.

Almond Milk |
2 Tbs |
Light Corn Syrup |
Directions:
- Mix Together and add food coloring if desired.
