|1 Bag||Riced cauliflour (or just chop your own with blender/food processor)|
|½ cup||Oat flour (I blended dry oats)|
|¼ cup||Olive Oil|
|½ cup||Chopped onion (or dried onion)|
|1 cup||Cheddar Cheese|
|½ tbs||Garlic (fresh or dried)|
|1 tsp||Salt & Pepper|
- Mix cauliflower, flour, onion, cheese, garlic, salt & pepper.
- Add eggs and oil.
- Spray cookie sheet, and place batter in the form of tater tots.
(The mix should be wet enough that tater tots can mold together well)
- Bake at 375 for 30 minutes – flip halfway through. You can broil for last 3-5 minutes to get browned. Take out when golden brown.
