Cauliflower Tots
Ingredients:
1 Bag |
Riced cauliflour (or just chop your own with blender/food processor) |
½ cup |
Oat flour (I blended dry oats) |
3 |
Egg Whites |
¼ cup |
Olive Oil |
½ cup |
Chopped onion (or dried onion) |
1 cup |
Cheddar Cheese |
½ tbs |
Garlic (fresh or dried) |
1 tsp |
Salt & Pepper |
Directions:
- Mix cauliflower, flour, onion, cheese, garlic, salt & pepper.
- Add eggs and oil.
- Spray cookie sheet, and place batter in the form of tater tots.
(The mix should be wet enough that tater tots can mold together well)
- Bake at 375 for 30 minutes – flip halfway through. You can broil for last 3-5 minutes to get browned. Take out when golden brown.
