Orange Chicken Over Rice
I did my weekly meal prep yesterday to avoid cooking throughout the week! This meal prep was fairly simple and only took a few hours.
1. Cut up the chicken into bite sized cubes.
2. Put it into a zipblock bag with the cornstarch and 1/4 of the orange sauce bottle. Let this marinate for a few hours.
3. After the chicken has marinated, you can put it into a pan and let it simmer on low, with the remaining ingredients until everything is cooked evenly.
4. Enjoy over cooked rice.
